Abstract—being the primary development trend in the
high-tech world,the new-media industry based on new
generation of digital technology,network technology,and
information technology is bringing traditional media a huge
and profound change with a strong and unstoppable
momentum.This study analyzed the current developing
situation to China's new-media industry,pointed out problems
in its developing and proposed related suggestions on how the
government to regulate the development of new-media
industry.
