Taiwan based smartphone manufacturer, HTC has announced that for the third quarter of 2011, total revenues reached NT$135,821 million with 79% year-on-year growth.

The revenue figure is also a rise of 9.2% compared to the previous quarter, but missed the company's own 10% quarterly growth target.

Unaudited operating income was NT$20,190 million, net income before tax was NT$21,291 million,

The quarterly net income after tax was NT$18,638 million (US$615.3 million) a rise of 68% compared to the year before.
