Mobile entertainment destination Myxer is extending its new Myxer Social Radio to Google's Android mobile operating system. Myxer first launched the platform earlier this week across Apple's iOS and the mobile web. 

Myxer Social Radio lets users stream music in real time with their Facebook friends

Myxer Social Radio enables consumers to stream and experience music in real time with their Facebook friends. Users create virtual listening rooms with access to more than 12 million songs, and Myxer Social Radio platform brings their Facebook community into the app to create group-listening experiences that sync across multiple mobile device platforms and the desktop. The service also offers features like user-generated Song Stories video and real-time chat.

Myxer Social Radio is available free to consumers. Myxer states it has already sold out the service's advertising inventory well into the first quarter of 2012.
