Amazon.com's Appstore for Android will offer 50 percent off a series of selected applications during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Beginning at midnight PT on Black Friday (Nov. 25) and continuing through 11:59 pm PT on Cyber Monday (Nov. 28), Amazon will sell Android apps including Shazam Encore and SwiftKey X for half off their regularly listed price.
