我国广播电视传媒公信力测评指标体系与相关影响因素

摘要:广播电视公信力是公众对广播电视传媒可信任度的集体性认知和评判,是广播电视媒体信用资源与条件的综合反映。研究广播电视公信力必须研究广播电视公信力测评指标体系与相关影响因素,本文在汇聚国内外有关研究成果的基础上,尝试从信息来源、信息内容和信息渠道三方面构建一套适合我国广播电视发展特点的传媒公信力测评指标体系,并对其相关影响因素进行理论探讨,以便为后续的量化测评工作提供理论指导和设计的依据。

The evaluation index system and related factors of Chinaradio and television media credibility

Abstract: Radio and television credibility refers to the collectiveunderstanding and evaluation of the public radio and television mediatrustworthiness.It is a comprehensive reflection to the credit resources andconditions of the radio and television media. The evaluation index system andrelated factors are very important to radio and television media credibilitystudy. On the basis of the convergence of domestic and foreign research, Thispaper tried to build a evaluation index system from the sources of information,information content and information channels, which is suitable to thedevelopment characteristics of China's radio and television media, and made atheoretical discussion to the related factors, in order to provide theoreticalguidance and design basis for the subsequent quantitative evaluation works.
