UK based mobile network, EE (formerly Everything Everywhere, owns T-Mobile and Orange) has outlined the pricing plans for its forthcoming LTE based services.
The service will launch next Tuesday (30th October) in ten cities across the UK. The company plans six further cities coming online in the run up to Christmas, with further cities and rural locations planned for 2013, and 98% of the population due to be covered by the end of 2014.
The launch of the EE brand will be backed by a multi-million pound marketing campaign across TV, print and digital media channels.
Mobile data allowances start with the light data usage entry plan, offering 500MB (£36/pm) and extending up to 8GB (£56/pm) for the heavier data user.
All customers will be able to tether or use VoIP services as part of their plan - with no need to buy specific data add-ons. Access to BT's Wi-Fi hotspots is also included.
The company will also relaunch its fixed broadband services as a new fibre based offering.
Finally, all existing Everything Everywhere, Orange and T-Mobile stores will become newly branded EE stores from next week - completing the rebranding of the company.
